Exclusive-Use Birthday Parties
Party Format
One of the great things about Jigsaw Juniors Shipley is that the party you book is exclusive to you and your guests.
For the entire duration of the party, you have full use of all the facilities at the venue with space enough for up to 36. We include unlimited fruit squash and water for the kids and set up a long party table with waterproof table cloth.
You will be guided and supported by a party host who will help ensure everything runs smoothly.
We have a great balcony party room with its own baby change toilet and small prep kitchen (cold food prep only) and seating for up to 36 kids (plus adults)
The party price allows you to fully self-cater your own party food.
Alternatively, choose from one of our great value party buffet option (see below) or even use outside caterers or bring take away pizzas!
Adults guests can choose to pay for specialist coffee or tea at the counter, along with other snacks.
Each weekend party slot lasts 1.5 hrs (2hrs on weekdays) with access available 15 minutes beforehand to bring in catering, presents & decoration etc.
Our private party slots are:
Monday to Friday 16:00 to 18:00 - Now a two hour party (start/end time can be varied during to suit up to 6pm)
Saturday 10:00 to 11:30, 12:00 to 13:30,14:00 to 15:30 and 16:00 to 17:30
Sunday 14:00 to 15:30 and 16:00 to 17:30
You can also book an extended party from 1600 hrs to 1900 hrs at weekends for special family occasions or other special events
You can also hire our party room for non exclusive use during normal opening hours. The room hire cost £49 plus normal admission for each child guest. The slots are:-
Monday to Friday
- 09:30 to 11:30
- 12:30 to 14:30
Sunday
Our range of optional extras at all parties include:-
- Ice Cream with all the trimmings £2.00 each.
- Catered party buffet (see below)
- Adult snack platter £ 40.00 serves 10
Use our availability checker on the home page to see if you chosen date is free then secure it by paying the deposit of £49.00 online (£99.00 for extended slot). The balance is payable on the day, along with any extras you have chosen.
Slots sell out quickly so we advise booking well ahead of time to ensure your chosen time is free.

Party Buffet - Let us do the food!
We are now offering a party buffet instead of food boxes for those who don't want to self cater. Food boxes were very wasteful in terms of paper and plastic content so have been removed from sale.
The good news is that a party buffet contains a wider selection of food and covers a range of dietary requirements in one offering.
We are offering the buffet in multiples of 5 covers, starting at 10 (£40), 15 (£55) , 20 (£75), 25 (£90), 30 (£110) and finally 36 kids (£125).
- A typical buffet will include a selection of the following:
- A selection of meat and vegetarian sandwiches:- Ham, Cheese, Jam etc.)
- Selection of crisps
- Cocktail sausages, Sausage rolls & Cheese and Onion rolls
- Cherry tomatoes
- Veggie sticks (cucumber, peppers, carrots etc)
- Fresh fruit (Satsumas or similar)
- Fairy cakes or mini muffins
- Selection of biscuits
- Unlimited fruit squash and water
We will provide suitable plates and cups for your guests
We can also cater for special dietary requirements such as gluten or dairy free, please contact us if you require this.
